求教：Struts可以跳转到带有框架的页面么？

高手过，请慢行。 在Struts中，forward跳转的页面可以跳转到带有框架的页面么？ 我在做的过程中是跳转后页面中嵌入的页面显示找不到文件，但是单独测试每个文件都好用。 想不明白！
